How old do I have to be to order delivery?
Great question!
Recreational customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 21.
Medical customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 18 AND a valid medical marijuana card issued in the state of California.
What forms of ID are accepted?
Wow, another great question!
Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification. Your ID must be valid and have a future expiration date in order to be accepted.
What is your delivery range?
Irie Care Delivery is constantly expanding! If your city isn’t here yet, you might be soon! As of now we service..
Alameda, Oakland, Emeryville, Piedmont, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Hayward, Castro Valley, Union City, Newark, Fremont, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore, Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Campbell, and Los Gatos.
We do not deliver or ship out of state.

What types of payment do you accept?
Irie Care Delivery currently accepts cash or debit on arrival with the driver. You will be able to selct your payment method when you’re ready to check out!
Our current debit processing system is on arrival with the driver. You will swipe or insert your debit card, enter your pin number and be charged a $3.50 proccessing fee.
Do I have to create an account to order delivery?
Yes, ordering with Irie Care Delivery is easy to do time and time again. Fill up your shopping cart and you will be asked to provide your delivery address and a photo of your valid ID. When you come back to order again, just login and all your account details will be saved.
Only your first order needs to come through the website, after you’re a member, feel free to call in your order!
